On a Sunday afternoon, Dallas residents across the metroplex gathered on April 17, 2016 to hold a potluck party, a meal where each attendant is encouraged to contribute their own food dishes. Despite the mild and persistent rain, approximately 25 people were in attendance, with many attendees bringing boxes of food and cleanup accessories.
